Welcome to Tavri.art. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tavri.art website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Services"). Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

Tavri.art provides a marketplace for digital artists to list, promote, and sell their original digital artwork, and for collectors to discover, purchase, and collect such artwork.

2. Account Registration and Roles

To use certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. You can register as a "Buyer", "Artist", or "Both". You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your password confidential.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Artists retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to their artwork listed on the Services. When a collector purchases an artwork, they are granted a limited, exclusive license for personal, non-commercial display. This license does not include the right to reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from the artwork.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Services in any medium; (ii) using any automated system to access the Services; (iii) attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Services.

5. Premium Membership

Tavri.art offers a "Premium Membership" which provides access to exclusive features and benefits. Fees for the Premium Membership are billed on an annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change the features and pricing of the Premium Membership at any time.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Tavri.art be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms taking effect.
